Our Relationship
Your contact with us will mainly be through a single account manager. We can work with one or several of your contacts but often it works best if general liaison and the administration of CVs, interviews, contracts and offer letters is through your HR contact(s) while the definition of the role requirements and interview feedback is with the manager who will make the decision on who to employ. We act as both an Employment Agency (for permanent jobs) and an Employment Business (for contract roles) as defined by the "Conduct Of Employment Agencies And Employment Businesses Regulations 2003".
