    • A CRM Data Analyst/Modeller to be part of a business transformation programme and drive through the importance of CRM Data modelling with stakeholders across the business. (Working with MS Dynamics CRM) Making a contribution to and leading on CRM developments across the organisation, you’ll enjoy a wide remit in your role from support to launching CRM deliverables. Your role will include developing and maintaining MS Dynamics CRM systems and data feeds, as well as investigating data and CRM system issues to provide data management advice and solutions via complex reporting. Working collaboratively within a small team of CRM Analysts, your initial focus will be on data modelling, including engaging across the business to identify and analyse requirements and taking the lead in the team on enhancing data models and the architecture. You'll start with looking at the business based data model, but could be involved in more detailed data modelling in the future. With an SQL based database, you will also use SQL to help you extract information and your role will help this regulator gain an holistic view of their current data and understand their members better. This new role would suit someone with a background in CRM and data modelling who is keen to promote the function within the business and happy to liaise with all levels of stakeholders. The manager of the team has a very positive approach to personal development, so the role would also suit someone keen to progress their skills and breadth of CRM experience. Experience needed: - CRM Data modelling - ideally some experience of MS Dynamics - 2011 version currently used - ideally some SQL - a positive and proactive approach and ability to communicate well with a range of stakeholders across the business - able to take a lead in CRM analysis/data modelling You'd be working for a well known regulator who offer an excellent benefits package and be joining them at a time of change where you can really make a difference.
