  • Purpose
    • A JavaScript Developer is needed to join an Agile/Scrum development team to specialise in the UX/UI design side of development. Working on a thin client mobile app using Cordova, Java Script, Angular 2 calling into a Java Server layer, you'll be developing user facing features for the application, building reusable code and libraries for future use and ensuring the technical feasibility of the UI/UX designs. You'll be combining the art of both design and programming, bridging the gap between the visual elements of the commercial application and the server-side infrastructure. Taking an active role on both sides, you'll define how the application looks and functions. Your Agile development team will include a range of abilities from Java server engineers and Web Developers, to a Business Analyst and Technical Architect and Testers, all working together to produce quality, commercially leading software for a range of tier 1 and mid range retailers. Experience needed: - Java Script, CSS, HTML5, JSON - Experience of having worked on the UX/UI design side of software applications - Ideally experience of UX/UI for mobile apps - Passionate about quality, ie continuous integration, static code analysis and code reviews - Any experience of ES6, Angualar 1 or 2, Cordova, IONic, Objective C,.
