- Purpose
- A Business Analyst with skills in workshop facilitiation, who can think creatively to understand the business drivers for change is needed for 2 programmes of work, one of which is a renewals project involving new operational requirements and changes. You'll need strong process development, redesign and reengineering skills including process mapping using Visio, be used to working in a corporate environment in a structured fashion - experience of use cases, Prince 2, BPR, Six Sigma and other quality systems would be helpful. You'll be working in a team of 6 other Business Analysts in a friendly but work complex environment where extensive business and IT change is taking place. Of course you'll need excellent communication skills - listening and persuasiveness to help you build strong business relationships to deliver successful realisation of the business objectives. Offered on a 12 month fixed term basis.
