    • A Senior Business Analyst who has experience of leading and mentoring other business analysts and has retail business knowledge is needed by a progressive and expanding software services provider. This is a key customer facing role where your strong analytical, retail business knowledge and team leading experience (30% of the role), will all be needed. Of course there will be hands on business analysis involved including assisting with pre sales, requirements gathering and running workshops, documenting and managing the specification of the customers requirements and seeing the development/enhancement project through to testing and support. Great opportunities for a dynamic and commercially focussed business analyst who is currently working with retail customers or in a large retailer.
